Coaching process

Before embarking upon any Executive Coaching, DeLever will ask you to fill in a personal profile. DeLever will then review your situation and offer a free one to one phone consultation with Jon Lever FRICS FInstCPD to establish what your requirements will be.

The coaching can take as long as you like, but we would suggest a minimum of 6 months coaching and preparation. We can react to shorter timescales, if your needs dictate, but we like to make sure you are prepared in the best way possible.

During the coaching programme you will receive support through:
- A dedicated coordination team that ensures your executive coaching programme runs smoothly
- Access to a range of on-line support services
- A regular executive coaching update email containing useful information about the APC.
