The Executive Coaching is coordinated and managed by DeLever Limited.
Executive Coaching agreement Once the candidate has confirmed their acceptance of a Executive Coaching Application, this will constitute their agreement to DeLever’s Executive Coaching service.
Executive Coaches DeLever use Executive Coaches who are MRICS / FRICS and APC Assessors / Chairmen of Assessors. All coaches are Professionally Chartered Surveyors and acknowledge and commit to the RICS Rules of Conduct and Code of Ethics.
Executive Coaching Goals The candidate & coach will set coaching goals together and design strategies for the candidate to achieve these goals. The candidate’s APC success will be entirely dependent on their implementation of these APC strategies and their personal commitment to the process.
Candidate Commitment Successful Executive Coaching requires dedication from the candidate. The Executive Coaching will help to motivate the candidate towards achieving their APC goals, but candidates need to be committed and prepared to work to achieve them.
Executive Coaching Sessions The nature of an Executive Coaching session and programme will depend upon the candidate’s individual needs and will be discussed with the candidate prior to starting the Executive Coaching. Executive Coaching is provided face to face, by phone and supported online. Face to face coaching sessions last 2 hours. The sessions are focused, results-oriented discussions in a professional, friendly and helpful style. Coaching may also take the form of key milestone or documental reviews each of which may be communicated via email or post and culminate in a report or telephone discussion.
Views & Opinions DeLever accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions as expressed by the coaches or any other persons at Executive Coaching sessions.
Location Usually Executive Coaching sessions take place at a venue near to the coach. However, Executive Coaching sessions may have differing requirements and the location and requirements will be agreed between the candidate and coach. Travelling expenses will be charged to the candidate at cost if the coach is required to travel to meet the candidate.
Records Any information produced in Executive Coaching sessions will be provided, as required, electronically through email to the candidate.
Billing Executive Coaching sessions will be invoiced upon the completion of a session. The invoice will be provided electronically and emailed to the candidate, as agreed by the candidate and coach at the close of a session. Payment by the candidate is required strictly upon receipt of the invoice. No further Executive Coaching will be available to candidates until their account is paid in full. Payments from overseas may only be made in £ sterling by drawn cheque on a UK bank account. DeLever is not liable for bank charges or any other costs incurred by candidates in attending the coaching.
Extra charges If a coach is required to travel to the candidate, or the candidate wishes to prolong a Executive Coaching session, there may be additional associated costs. Any extra charges will be agreed between the candidate and coach prior to the charges being incurred. Travelling expenses will be charged to the candidate at cost if the coach is required to travel to meet the candidate.
Cancellation or termination by DeLever Limited DeLever Limited reserves the right to cancel Executive Coaching sessions, for example in the case of illness. However, DeLever shall in every case inform the candidate before the scheduled session. Wherever possible DeLever will offer the candidate an alternative date.
Cancellation or termination by the candidate Cancellation charges may apply if a candidate cancels an Executive Coaching session.
Termination or refusal DeLever Limited and the coach reserve the right to terminate the Executive Coaching sessions and programme at their discretion and also may refuse to coach any candidate if they so choose.
Liability The candidate is fully responsible for themselves and their actions within and outside of the Executive Coaching relationship. The candidate is liable for possible damages if incurred. DeLever and the coach is released from any liability claims, except if these are based on intentional harmful behaviour of DeLever or the coach.
Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) DeLever is committed to complying with the implications of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and therefore any candidate requiring special arrangements should inform DeLever at least 28 days before the Executive Coaching session to allow DeLever time to organise the necessary arrangements.
Testimonials DeLever always appreciates testimonials from the candidate during or at the completion of any Executive Coaching session, for use on DeLever’s Executive Coaching web site and any other marketing materials.
Feedback If a candidate feels that their needs are not being met, or they are not getting what they want out of the Executive Coaching, please inform DeLever. DeLever will discuss the coaching with the candidate and adjust their Executive Coaching sessions, as required
Copyright The candidate acknowledges the copyright of DeLever Executive Coaching documentation. Reproductions in any form must have prior written permission from DeLever.
Confidentiality All conversations between the candidate and coach and DeLever are confidential. The candidate, coach or DeLever will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any information for the candidate, coach or DeLever's own benefit, or disclosure, or communicate this information to a third party without the effected party’s permission.
Referrals DeLever’s Executive Coaching service thrives on referrals through success and contented customers. DeLever may offer discounts on coaching sessions for the referring candidate if they successfully refer new candidates to the Executive Coaching service.
