There isn’t a catch. This price is a massive 60% reduction on the real price of the time it takes the two assessors to prepare for and deliver the interview and production of the DVD. This is a total of 7 man hours, which charged at our usual coaching rate of £65+VAT per hour, comes to £487.50 + VAT.

Hour long mock interviews for APC candidates
followed by a fifteen minute critique.
A 60 minute APC interview with two APC assessors. 
The mock interview is as close to the real thing as we can make it. The interview questioning will be based on your personal submission documents, just like the real APC final assessment.

The mock interview is followed immediately by a 15 minute feedback critique from the assessors based upon your performance.*

You will also receive a copy of a video of your interview a few days after the mock interview.

Terms and conditions
1. Once you book and pay in advance for your final assessment mock interview the fee is non-refundable, for whatever reason.
2. You MUST provide an electronic copy (emailed to hello@delever.com) of your final assessment submission (exactly as you would provide to RICS) two weeks prior to your allotted mock interview date. 
3. Once you are allocated a mock interview location and timeslot you must keep to it exactly and any deviation of more than 10 minutes will forfeit the mock interview or feedback/critique time as other mock interviews will be planned on the day.  We suggest arriving at the mock interview venue at least 30 minutes before your allotted timeslot.
4. The timescales / limits stated are strictly set and should you require further discussion or feedback this can be provided and purchased at the normal coaching rate of £65+VAT per hour per coach at a later date to suit your individual needs.
* Please note the assessors provide their comments on the basis of your performance on the day.  However, this does not guarantee that the identical assessment will be made by the Assessors at the real final assessment as this is dependent upon your performance on the day.

All Mock Interviews are chaired by
Jon Lever FRICS
Jon is an RICS UK Final Assessment Assessor Trainer, the RICS Associate Assessor trainer and an RICS Training Advisor. Through these roles Jon is fully up to date with the APC process and has written numerous guidance notes for RICS APC Assessors as well as re-writing the presentations and notes used to train new assessors.

Building Surveying and Project Management Mock Interviews are assessed by
Danny Medcalf MRICS
Danny has over 25 years of first class experience in a broad range of property, construction and management roles. In addition to his previous experience as a senior manager within a large national property holdings company, Danny also works in private practice. Danny is an RICS APC Chairman/Assessor for both Building Surveying and Project Management panels. Danny also lectures at Loughborough and Nottingham Trent Universities covering a wide range of property, construction and project management themes.

All QS & Construction Mock Interviews are assessed by
Ashley Cooper MRICS
A Director of Edward Cooper Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Assessor, Ashley Cooper was previously a Partner of Gardiner & Theobald LLP. His Quantity Surveying experience covers a wide range of project types and sectors. Ashley has recently concluded his role as National Chairman for RICS matrics.

Jaspal been in the construction industry for over 20 years. She is very passionate about her profession and is involved with RICS at Board level. Jaspal is keen to ensure that there is more than adequate support for potential members looking to achieve the Chartered status.

Will Evans MRICS
Property Manager for a National Leisure Operator. Will has a considerable expertise in the Licensed and Leisure sector, along with wealth of experience of Commercial Property and Asset Management having worked for large Plc’s. Will is an RICS APC Assessor and participates as an APC Doctor.

Melissa Lubbock MRICS
Melissa is a fully qualified surveyor with in excess of 15 years broad ranging property experience. Further to asset/portfolio management, she undertakes her own freelance professional work such as rent reviews and lease renewals. Primarily she works on industrial & retail property but has further experience of other property sectors.

All Management Consultancy Mock Interviews are assessed by
Oliver Judges MRICS
Oliver is a Chartered Management Consultancy Surveyor with over 11 years experience in the sector in both client-side and client-facing roles. He is currently Head of Property at a large national charity developing and implementing their property strategy and also advises cross-functionally on business strategy in some of their key business units. Oliver is an APC Doctor and Assessor for RICS.

Tim Jones MRICS
Tim has 25 years senior level experience of building surveying, construction project management, business coaching, change management and climate change in the public, private and voluntary sectors. His speciality areas include leisure, housing, museums, theatres, district heating, funding and area based regeneration. Tim is an RICS APC Chairman/Assessor for both Building Surveying and Project Management panels and runs a private practice providing procurement, project management and business planning advice.
