APC Seminars
All our public APC Seminars are available in-house. The APC Seminars cover all aspects of the APC process and are all run by Jon Lever FRICS. Jon will come to your office to train your employees. Each delegate receives a pack of APC information and a CD of the seminar notes and useful APC information and links. You provide the location and any refreshments you wish to offer your delegates.
Why is this good? Your APC candidates, supervisors and counsellors will be receiving training that contains all the latest APC information and can ask Jon all the APC questions they have with the confidence that they will be getting answers from the person who trains new UK APC Assessors.
The cost £1,750+VAT per seminar.

myAPC diary 2009
The myAPC diary records APC competency experience in a straightforward, simple way and saves over 60% of a candidate’s diary administration time. Includes the latest RICS final assessment templates (June 2009). The massive time savings offered by the myAPC diary come from automating the diary recording and instantly feeding the data into the RICS templates ready to submit to RICS at final assessment. There are also some useful additional functions to help candidates, supervisors and counsellors easily manage the APC process.
What’s good about the myAPC diary? Not only does the myAPC diary save over 60% of a candidate’s diary administration time, it also saves a quarter of a supervisor’s APC administration time and a third of a counsellor’s. That has to be good in these tight economic times. Multi viewer licences
DeLever offers multi viewer licences to companies wishing to show the DVD(s) to their employees. The licences are renewed annually and an up to date version on the DVD is supplied so companies can be confident that they are giving the right information and paying for the correct number of people.

APC Autocue
The remote APC prompt. Candidates tell us the dates of their APC key milestones and we send them an Autocue email as they approach each key milestone, to guide them through the process step by step and to prompt them into action.
Each e-mail contains the relevant guidance to achieve the milestone, roles and responsibilities of the various parties and information about the documentation that should be produced
Why is this good?
Candidates often fall behind in the APC as they forget to organise their 3 monthly meetings at the right time and therefore any areas of experience that are lacking are not identified and remedied until later than they could have been. Tne APC Autocue will help candidates keep their APC on track.
The APC Autocue can also help training managers, or smaller to medium sized comanies without training managers by providing a structure of when each candidate, supervisor and counsellor should be holding key APC meetings and performing key APC tasks.
The cost TBC. The APC Autocue is currently in development, but is due to be released shortly.
