No DeLever product is licenced to be sold on by the original purchaser. Every product caries a unique PIN or product reference and can only be purchased and used by the original purchaser from either DeLever direct or one of it’s licenced resellers.
If you are given the option to buy a second hand piece of Delever Software / Product please be aware you will be in breach of the licence agreement and therefore open to direct prosecution from DeLever.
Also you will not be able to gain valuable DeLever technical support or upgrades to the software/product.

The DeLever ‘Genuine’ Initiative focuses on combating DeLever software / product counterfeiting and other forms of software/product piracy. The initiative will focus on three strategic areas: Education, Engineering, and Enforcement.
The key to protecting consumers and reducing software/product piracy are educational efforts. The best way to protect consumers is to raise their awareness of the issue, equip them to spot counterfeit software/products, and help them understand what they should do about it.
DeLever work closely with their reseller / partners to make consumers aware of the increasing risks associated with acquiring and installing counterfeit software/products. There may also be instances of credit card theft by selling software/products online that later turned out to be counterfeit.
Installing and using counterfeit software/products can prevent customers from obtaining some updates and technical support.

DeLever investigate and pursue any instances where they are informed of counterfeit or unlicenced software/products being sold other than from DeLever or one of it’s respected licenced resellers. DeLever will file civil actions against any software/product pirates around the globe.
