Multi viewer licences

Multi-Viewer Licence (Valid for 12 months and renewable annually) for multiple person viewing of a DeLever DVD.

per head per 12 months, we may be able to offer a discount for large volume purchases.

Please tell us:

How many copies of the DVD you require. We may be able to offer
a discount.
How many individual trainees and professional members of staff you wish to show the DeLever DVD to, over a period of 12 months. (You may repeatedly show it to the designated individuals as many times as you like during the licence period).

We will calculate your licence fee at £12.00+VAT per head per 12 month licence period. Upon payment of our invoice we will dispatch the DVD(s) and a licence certificate for displaying in your office.

If we update the DeLever DVD during your licence period we will provide one copy of the updated DVD FREE OF CHARGE.

We will contact you annually to update your licence.

Please note:

Multi-Viewer Licences are ONLY available from DeLever Limited
Multi-Viewing without a Multi-Viewer Licence is a breach of the DeLever DVD Licence.
DeLever will pursue any individual or company who do not comply with the DVD Licence.

Individual Viewer Licence (This is the free licence that the DVD is shipped with)

The DVD package and any material accompanying this DVD (i.e. DVD disc, all of the DVD content, associated art work and any CDROM or documentation that may (both not in all cases) be packaged with the DVD) are exclusively owned and copyrighted by DeLever Limited who licences YOU ONLY the 'Licensee' on an 'Individual Viewer Licence' basis for your own, personal, unrestricted use.

Conditions of Use:

The Licensee MAY NOT Rent, lend, loan or sell any material enclosed on or accompanying this DVD.
The Licensee MAY NOT use the DVD for multiple person viewing without a Multi-Viewer Licence only available from DeLever Limited. See below for details.
The Licensee MAY NOT duplicate any material, audio or video on this DVD in whole or part and must also take responsible precaution to stop others duplicating this DVD.
The Licensee MAY NOT use any segment of the DVD without prior agreement, in writing, from DeLever Limited
The Licensee is responsible for the care and maintenance of this DVD. If this DVD is lost or damaged, other than in transit from DeLever (or one of it’s resellers) no refund or exchange is possible.
Please note you are required to agree to the above Individual Viewer Licence Agreement on the DVD before viewing the content.
