Jon Lever FRICS
Jon developed the myAPC diary starting with what he wished had been available when he sat the APC in 1995. Since the first myAPC diary was launched in 2002, it has expanded to incorporate suggestions from users and changes to the APC process by RICS.

Changes to RICS Templates
RICS have now updated the APC final assessment templates from version 2 to version 3. We believe that this change is effective from mid September 2010. The changes made were NOT significant, namely the Life Long Learning title has now been changed to ‘CPD’ and a few spelling mistakes have been corrected. RICS have informed us that they will accept final assessment submissions on version 2 or version 3 of the templates. We have reviewed these changes and they only seem to effect the titles of template 4 and template 8 (for referred candidates only). The structure and layout of all the templates has not changed.
Changes to the myAPC diary 2009
As the changes to the final assessment templates are NOT significant, none of the structure or functionality of the templates has been changed and RICS will accept submissions on version 2 of the templates, DeLever has decided not to produce an updated version of the myAPC diary 2009 at this time. All the benefits of using the myAPC diary 2009 still remain the same. You can use the myAPC diary 2009 as a management tool throughout your APC process and either submit on version 2 of the templates contained within the myAPC diary 2009, or simply copy and paste your information into the new version 3 of the templates.
New lower price
Even though the templates remain unchanged apart from a small amendment to the title of CPD, we are significantly reducing the price of the myAPC diary 2009 from £110+VAT to £49+VAT as it doesn't include the latest version of the templates. We hope that this helps all candidates in these difficult financial times.
