John is Managing Director of John Faulkner Property Consultants providing property advice including Red Book Valuations. He has been practicing for 35 years including 14 years spent lecturing in valuation and property management. He is an accredited expert witness, a regular contributor at CPD events and a member of the Residential Property Tribunal Service. John has been working with Red Book for 20 years and has found that many valuers have difficulty finding their way around it so he has produced this DVD which aims to provide a navigation guide.
