Booking terms and conditions

The event is organised and managed by DeLever Limited.

Places are reserved for 14 days by booking on line. To secure place(s) payment must be received within the 14 days of an e-mail you will receive from DeLever confirming that your place(s) are reserved. No places can be secured without payment.

Confirmation of booking and an invoice will be sent in acknowledgment of all bookings.

Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to a 15% administration charge, but no refunds can be made for cancellations notified within 6 weeks of the event.

Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time to take the original place at the booked seminar.

Delegate places are non-transferable to another date within 6 weeks of the event.

Payments from overseas may only be made in £ sterling by drawn cheque on a UK bank account.

DeLever is not liable for bank charges or any other costs incurred by delegates in attending the event.

DeLever accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions as expressed by the speakers, chairman or any other persons at the event.

DeLever reserves the right to refuse entry to delegates if it chooses.

DeLever reserves the right to change the venue and/or speakers and/or location at any time without prior notice.

DeLever reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the event. Seminars with less than 10 delegates 30 days prior to the event may be cancelled and the delegates offered alternative seminars or a full refund.

DeLever is committed to complying with the implications of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and therefore any delegate requiring special arrangements should inform DeLever at least five working days before the event to allow DeLever time to make the necessary arrangements.
