The 20 Top Tips have been developed by Jon Lever FRICS FInstCPD - RICS APC Chairman of Assessors, RICS Training Advisor, RICS UK Final Assessment Assessor Trainer, RICS Regulatory Board Member.

The 20 Top Tips are not a replacement for regularly reading the APC/ATC guides, or any of the support services offered by RICS Training Advisers (RTAs), APC Doctors and the RICS Membership Operations.
